Yeshiva University Publishes Booklet to Explain Hebrew Prayers

A new booklet designed to aid the Jewish worshipper in understanding the Hebrew prayers he recites was published today by the adult education department of Yeshiva University. Its author is Rabbi Menachem Raab, of Beth Joseph Center Rochester, N. Y.

The booklet was designed as a text in adult studies and provides an outline of the different services in the Jewish liturgy. It is entitled “Understanding the Siddur.”
