Beth El Congregation of this city yesterday dedicated its $1,000,000 community center on the northern outskirts of the city. Eventually the 1,000-family Conservative congregation will move its synagogue, school and gymnasium from their present downtown location to the new site. The dedication services featured a Chanukah lighting ceremony.
