Radio Moscow unleashed today an attack on Israel Premier David Ben Gurion. charging him with “working quite overtly to transform Israel into a bridgehead for the offensive of the imperialist powers against the free and independent countries of the Middle East.”

The Moscow radio charged that information from Israel clarified “the real meaning to the ambiguous statements made in the communique issued after the Paris meeting of the NATO Council about the situation in the Near and Middle East having been discussed.” A similar attack on Israel was made in the Moscow newspaper Red Star, organ of the Red Army.
