Vocational training facilities for Jews repatriated from the Soviet Union to Poland were opened this week in the Polish town of Liegnic, one of the larger Jewish centers in Poland today.

Thirty applicants were accepted for courses in automobile mechanics and repairs. They will attend classes for six months. Others enrolled for metal working courses. Two groups of 35 women joined ORT classes in dressmaking, while another 120 women registered for a variety of vocational training courses.
