Funeral services will be held here tomorrow for Philip Schiff, 56, one of the nations leading Jewish social workers, who died this weekend. He was the Washington representative of the National Jewish Welfare Board.

Through his affiliation with the JWB and other organizations, Mr. Schiff was widely known in leading government circles. He was a member of the board of governors of the American Association for the United Nations and a leader of the National Association of Social Workers. He is credited with having done much to remove racial segregation in the District of Columbia since his arrival here from New York in 1942.
