Joshua Almog, secretary to Israel’s President Itzhak Ben Zvi and one of Israel’s top experts on Arab Affairs, arrived here today for a speaking tour of major American communities on behalf of the United Jewish Appeal. Mr. Almog is a graduate of the American University in Beirut.
