A determination to preserve human rights and combat discrimination has been conveyed to the World Jewish Congress by the Argentinean President Dr. Arturo Frondizi, In a message to Marc Turkow, head of the WJC office in Buenos Aires, Dr. Frondizi confirmed his “irrevocable purpose of serving, through the Government, the dignity of the human person, and of combatting any social, political or racial discrimination.”
