A world conference of Jewish youth from 50 countries will open here July 28, the Jewish Agency announced today. More than 350 representatives of Zionist and non-Zionist youth groups will gather at the four-day parley where they will hear Israel President Isaac Ben Zvi and Agency president Dr. Nahum Goldmann.
