Andre Blumel has decided to defer his resignation as president of the Zionist Federation of France until his visit next month to Israel, it was learned here today. It is anticipated that M. Blumel will settle his differences with the Jewish Agency during his stay in Jerusalem. An understanding to this effect has been reached between Dr. Nahum Goldmann, World Zionist president, and M. Blumel.
