The World Union of Jewish Students, meeting here at its 12th conference, decided today to launch an intensive drive to counter anti-Israel misinformation spread by Arab student propagandists on campuses throughout the world.
The 80 delegates representing student organizations in 20 countries also set up a special fund to finance visits to Israel by students from African and Asian countries. Another resolution stressed the need to establish contact with Jewish students in Eastern Europe. Although the union was non-political, Soviet bloc countries had denied it contact with fellow Jewish students.
