One hundred Israel firms were reported today to be participating in the International Fair in Izmir. The Israel Pavilion was inaugurated by the Minister of Trade, the Izmir Mayor and other Turkish officials. It was rated one of the best at the fair.
Eighty-six Israel Arab and Druse teachers arrived in Turkey today to visit universities and other schools and meet with Turkish teachers. Members of the group from Haifa will present a gift to the mayor of Istanbul from Abba Khoushi, Mayor of Haifa.
