Finance Minister Levi Eshkol, who left today for New Delhi to attend the forthcoming meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, will not meet with Prime Minister Nehru, it was learned here today.

Mr. Eshkol, who will confer with various Indian Government officials, feels there is no reason to talks with Mr. Nehru since it is believed that the Indian statesman is not inclined at this time to discuss the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Israel. David Horowitz, governor of the Israel State Bank, will also attend the fiscal parleys.
