JERUSALEM (Oct. 6)
For the first time, Israel has exported technical “know-how” to a Western nation, it was revealed here today.
The Haifa Chemical and Fertilizer Company has sold to a French firm the details of a process of manufacturing dicalcium phosphate. The French concern plans to build a factory in Belgium to turn out the chemical. The Israelis will also construct a portion of the new plant’s equipment and will ship it to Belgium.
