The Communists are making good use of the news of synagogue bombings in the United States and other acts of violence to give Jews behind the Iron Curtain a picture of American Jewry quivering under anti-Semitic terrorism.

Issues of the Folkshtimme, Warsaw Yiddish-language daily, received here today, carry a headline, “Anti-Semitic Gangs Riot in the United States” over a story reporting that “a wave of anti-Semitic terror” had broken out in the United States. The dispatch reported the synagogue bombings in Atlanta and Peoria and numerous other bomb threats.
