President Isaac Ben Zvi and Premier David Ben Gurion today cabled their congratulations to Gen. Charles de Gaulle on his election as President of the French Republic. President Ben Zvi wished Gen. de Gaulle success in safeguarding their “common moral heritage” and their “common civilization.”
