Israeli naval authorities yesterday captured a small Lebanese fishing boat and its five-man crew which was fishing off Israeli waters using dynamite charges to blast fish to the surface. Such fishing is illegal under Israeli maritime law.

When the Israeli naval launch hove into sight, the Lebanese dodged among a reef formation. After several hours of a cat-and-mouse chase, the Lebanese vessel was taken and brought into Haifa harbor.

One Egyptian infiltrator was killed today and two others escaped when an Israeli patrol intercepted and clashed with three Egyptians in the northern Negev some two miles inside Israel territory. Two plastic mines were found near the body of the dead man.
