Police authorities today confiscated a second edition of the newspaper Der Trommler, whose publisher, Konrad Windisch, was arrested last week when the police clamped down on an issue which contained Nazi propaganda. This time the newspaper was banned because it criticized the police action in the first case. This time, too, editor Helmuth Weswaldi was detained.
