A million and a half dollar campaign for sale of Israel Bonds was launched here today at a luncheon and fashion show conducted by the Greater New York Women’s Division of the bond organization. Mrs. Isaac Stern, who presided, announced that $250,000 worth of bonds were purchased by the 500 women in attendance.
