Remains of Zalman Shneur to Be Transferred from New York to Israel

The remains of the late Zalman Shneur, famous Yiddish-Hebrew novelist and poet, will be brought to Israel for reinterment, according to plans being made here by the Israel Writers Association.

Prime Minister David Ben Gurion informed the association today that the Government is ready to join the writers in the plan. Mr. Shiner died in New York less than two weeks ago.
