Dr. Israel Goldstein, former president of the American Jewish Congress and member of the Jewish Agency executive arrived here yesterday. Speaking at a reception in his honor given today by the Central Jewish Board of Bombay and the Bombay Zionist Association, Dr. Goldstein described India and Israel as the "two great focal points of vital democracy spanning the continent of Asia."
