Dr. Dov Joseph, treasurer of the Jewish Agency, arrived yesterday in New York from Jerusalem for a brief stay to consult on urgent financial questions.
Dr. Joseph met today with the New York executive of the Jewish Agency, and will have a series of conferences in the next few days with the leadership of the United Jewish Appeal campaign.
