A 15-man team of Israel farm experts left today for the Philippines to establish and supervise a model cotton plantation The joint project was organized by Israel’s International Technical Assistance department and the basic investment provided by Philippine capital. The project involves use of Israel-made irrigation equipment and Israel fertilizers and insecticides.
