Soviet Scientist Anticipates Exchange of Cultural Missions with Israel

Prof. Vasili Blagovitschensky of the Moscow Medical Science Academy predicted today that a relaxation in world tensions would bring closer cultural and personal relations between Israel and Russia.

Speaking at a special reception at the Russian Embassy for Soviet delegates to the International Biological Conference, held here. Prof. Blagovitschensky said that he expected soon an exchange of cultural missions between the Soviet Union and Israel. Another Soviet delegate. Dr. Natalia Ktonko, said she felt completely at ease during her stay in Israel and had gained much from her studies of every-day life in Israel.
