German Police Arrest Two Top Nazis Charged with Killing Jews

German police today arrested two men accused of Nazi crimes who have eluded authorities since 1945. They are Dr. Werner Heyde, who killed 1,200 Jews by declaring them insane, and Robert Mohr, Gestapo chief in Darmstadt who was accused of murdering a Jewish judge.
