Dr. Teodoro Cesarman, a Jewish heart specialist here, was today awarded the annual prize of the Mexican Medical Academy for his research and techniques developed in the treatment of heart disease. Well-known in Mexican Jewish circles, Dr. Cesarman has treated high government officials including ex-President Adolfo Ruiz Cortines.
