A portrait of Judge Louis E. Levinthal, former president of the Zionist Organization of America and president of one of the Common Pleas Court benches here for 22 years, has been presented to the Philadelphia Bar Association. The portrait has been hung in the court room where Judge Levinthal had sat. He retired from the bench a year ago.
