The homes of three Jewish families in neighboring Absecon were defaced during the night with swastikas and anti-Jewish slogans warning the Jewish occupants to leave town. Two of the three homes had been similarly defaced last February.

Police said today that they believed adults were responsible for last night’s incidents although they had ascribed previous events to juvenile pranksters.
