Considerable activity by anti-Semitic and fascist groups in Britain during 1959 was reported today by the Board of Deputies of British Jews in its annual report.

The report said anti-Semitic literature had been distributed on a wide scale. The increase in anti-Semitic propaganda was chiefly in the London area, the Board reported, most of it coming from the National Labor party and the White Defense League, two fascist groups. The literature used the Nazi technique of charging Jews with being in control of practically everything.
