Yaacov Tsur, member of the executive of the Jewish Agency, will leave for South America later this month to participate in two major events, it was announced here today. He will attend the South American Zionist conference in Montevideo on August 21. A week later, Mr. Tsur will take part in the 100th anniversary celebration of the Argentine Jewish community. Mr. Tsur was formerly Israel’s Ambassador to Argentina.
