Resumption of pensions payments to two Nazi-regime municipal officials, previously suspended, was ordered by the Hesse State Administrative Court here today.
The men are Dr. Fredrich Kreps, former Lord Mayor of this city under the Nazi regime; and his Nazi-period deputy mayor, Josef Kremer. The court ruled they were entitled to their pensions on the basis of the positions they held during the Nazi regime.
