Admiral of the Fleet Earl Mountbatten, Chief of the Defense Staff, will be guest of honor at an Israel Independence Day dinner here on April 24, it was announced today. The dinner, in celebration of Israel’s 13th anniversary, will also mark completion of the planting of a forest in Israel in memory of the late Countess Edwina Mountbatten. Ambassador Arthur Lourie of Israel will address the dinner.
