Arab Foreign and Defense Ministers will meet in Cairo Saturday, against a background of suspicion over Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion’s sweep through Canadian, American, British and French capitals, to review military recommendations, it was reported here today from Cairo.
The recommendations were made last April at a conference of chiefs of staff of the Arab League states. The Arab officials also will consider the conclusions, if any were made, of a committee of “Palestine experts” who met in the capital of the United Arab Republic last week.
