A proposal that the next session of the United Nations General Assembly adopt a resolution calling upon all governments to rescind discriminatory laws and to “discourage, in every possible way, the creation and propagation in whatever form, of all prejudice and intolerance,” was made here before the United Nations Economic and Social Council by Dr. Maurice Perlzweig, representative of the World Jewish Congress.
