Germany to Give $19, 992,000 to Belgium for Payments to Nazi Victims

Ratification papers of a treaty, by which West Germany will give Belgium $19, 992, 000 for distribution among Belgian victims of Nazism, were exchanged this weekend by the two governments, according to a report issued today.
