George Meany, president of the American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Organizations, arrived here today for a four-day visit as a guest of the Histadrut, Israel’s labor federation. He was accompanied by G. Harrison, vice-president of the AFL-CIO, During their stay in Israel, the two American labor leaders will attend the cornerstone laying ceremony for a stadium in Nazareth which will be named for Mr. Meany.
