A total of $25,000, the amount required for the establishment of one of 50 planned cultural centers in Israel, was raised here last night at an outdoor concert sponsored by the America Israel Cultural Foundation. The concert, which was held on the estate of Mr. and Mrs. Meshulan Riklis, featured Yitzhak Perlman, 16-year-old Israeli violinist, as one of the guest artists.
