About 150 persons, including several members of the West German Parliament, signed a petition to Parliament here last night, requesting that the Federal Republic establish diplomatic relations with Israel.
The petition was circulated after a rally organized for the purpose by a so-called “Initiative Group. ” The group comprises representatives of the Liberal Students Association of Germany, the German-Israel study group at the Free University here, the Socialist Youth Organization, the Falken, and the International League for Human Rights.
