The Embassy of Poland made known today that reconstruction plans in Warsaw, at least until 1970, will not affect the Gensher Jewish cemetery. It had been previously reported that well known cemetery, a remaining symbol of Polish Jewry, would be destroyed in the course of an area re-development project.
