The West German Government will pay 125,000,000 marks ($31,250,000) for indemnification for the victims of the Nazi occupation of Holland, it was announced here today. Payment will be made after ratification of a Dutch-West German treaty.

Jewish communities and Jewish welfare organizations protested strongly against announced plans of the Dutch Government to distribute the money to Dutch Jewish victims or their survivors and to members of the resistance movement. The Jewish groups argued that all of the money should be distributed to the Jewish survivors and relatives.
