Mare Turkow, the secretary of the South American executive of the World Jewish Congress, accompanied by leaders of the Venezuelan Jewish community and members of the B’nai B’rith, were received in special audience by Cardinal Quintero and Mon signor Henriqueq. The Cardinal expressed his sympathy with the terms of the memorandum submitted by the World Conference of Jewish Organizations to the Vatican, and condemned racial hatred as being anti-Christian.
