Samuel Moskovitch, Q.C., has been elected Mayor of the City of Cote St. Luc, succeeding Ben Paris, who had been Mayor for the past ten years. The new Mayor is a distinguished leader of the Jewish community of Montreal with a record of 25 years of service to both the general and Jewish communities of the city.
