A second shipment of medical supplies comprising blood plasma, antibiotics, typhoid serum and medical instruments for the victims of the earthquake in Skopje, Yugoslavia, was flown from Lydda Airport to Belgrade today, in response to a request by the Yugoslav authorities to the Israel legation in Belgrade.
The Israel charge d’affaires in Belgrade, meanwhile, reported today that he was continuing in his efforts to determine the fate of Skopje’s 105 Jewish families. The Yugoslav Immigrants Association in Israel has decided to sponsor a fund-raising campaign for the relief of disaster victims.
