Joseph M.Levine, prominent Reform Jewish leader and a former Magistrate’s Court judge here, died this weekend, aged 80. He was the only survivor among the founders of the Stephen Wise Free Synagogue, established here in 1907, and was its president from 1930 to 1945. He was a vice-chairman of the board of governors of the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion.
