The Youth Aliyah movement will bring into Israel this year 5, 000 children and youth as compared with 4, 000 in the year ending last March 31, Moshe Kol, world head of the organization, reported here today.

He gave the figures in announcing that a World Conference of Youth Aliyah, which will mark the 30th anniversary of the movement, will open in Jerusalem on November 5, with an expected attendance of more than 200 delegates from all parts of the world.

Mr. Kol said that international organizations in the field of child welfare will be represented at the conference for the first time, their representatives participating as full delegates.
