Deputy Defense Minister Shimon Peres warned here today that the presence of Iraqi units on Israel’s border not only confronts Israel with a new security problem but also with a legal one since Iraq has no armistice agreement with Israel. Iraq and Syria recently announced unification of all their armed forces.
