The Yeshiva of Hudson County has announced a gift of $100,000 from Israel Rogosin, industrialist and philanthropist, to start its $400,000 building fund campaign for a new Yeshiva high school to be built in Jersey City.

Land for the high school was purchased recently from Congregation Sons of Israel. Robert Wasserman, president, said that high school classes now are being conducted at the day school’s elementary school building in Union City, with the first high school class scheduled to be graduated next June.
