Chester H. Roth, a prominent New York industrialist, has been named national chairman of the 1964 appeal of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, it was announced here today. The ADL is seeking to raise $4,300,000 for the organization’s program for combating prejudice and discrimination and improving intergroup relations.
