The Canadian Jewish Congress made public today the names of 11 Canadians who, it charged, have been engaged in distributing Nazi hate leaflets in Canada. The names were released during memorial ceremonies commemorating the Warsaw Ghetto, revolt attended by 3, 000 persons and sponsored by the CJC.

Sydney Harris, a CJC leader who addressed the meeting, said that Neil Carmichael, a leader of the Social Credit Action splinter group, was aware of the activities of the hate mongers. Mr. Harris said that the names of the culprits, which were uncovered by the CJC after a month-long investigation, have been given to the Canadian Government and police authorities. The CJC is seeking a law curbing incitement to violence.
