Israeli Conducts Leningrad Symphony Orchestra; Lauded by Soviet Critics

Israeli conductor Gershon Singer conducted the Leningra Symphony Orchestra with great success and was acclaimed by the Soviet music critics, according to reports reaching here from Leningrad. Mr. Singer, who is currently visiting Russia, was born in Prague and settled in Israel in 1939.
