Testimony by Prof. A. Krausnick, president of the Historical Institute of Munich, at the trial here of former SS Gen. Karl Wulff, accused of murdering 300,000 Warsaw Jews, was interrupted today when Wulff fainted in the court room. Dr. Krausnick was detailing before the court Hitler’s “envelope of legality” for his anti-Semitic program, when Wulff collapsed. The trial is expected to be resumed tomorrow, if Wulff recovers sufficiently.
